• Can I visit the studio without an appointment?

 To ensure a dedicated and personalized experience for each guest, we operate strictly by appointment only. We kindly ask you to arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled time.

• What should I bring to my initial consultation? 

Sharing reference images of your desired aesthetic helps us better understand your vision. For the most effective fitting, we recommend bringing the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear on your special day.

• Do you offer services for international clients? 

Yes. We provide comprehensive bespoke services for our global clientele through virtual consultations, guided online measurements, and secure international shipping.

2. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Process

• What defines the "Bespoke" experience at Rüstem Alali? 

Our bespoke service is the pinnacle of couture. Your gown is designed and handcrafted from scratch based on your unique measurements and stylistic preferences, ensuring a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

• How does the production timeline work? 

The process begins with a design and fabric consultation followed by precise measurements. Throughout the production phase, a series of fittings are scheduled to ensure the garment perfectly complements your silhouette.

• When is the payment required? 

For bespoke and made-to-order designs, full payment is required prior to the commencement of production to secure your design, premium materials, and production slot.

• Can I cancel or modify my order? 

As each piece is uniquely crafted for the individual, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, as labor and specialized materials are allocated immediately.

3. Delivery & Global Shipping

• How will I receive my completed gown? 

You may choose to collect your gown from our Nişantaşı/Şişli studio by appointment or opt for our secure worldwide shipping services.

• Who assumes responsibility during transit? 

While we work with premium logistics partners to ensure safety, the responsibility for the garment transfers to the client once the item is handed over to the courier or cargo service.
