For bespoke and made-to-order designs, full payment is required prior to the commencement of production to secure your design, premium materials, and production slot.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
As each piece is uniquely crafted for the individual, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun, as labor and specialized materials are allocated immediately.
How will I receive my completed gown?
You may choose to collect your gown from our Nişantaşı/Şişli studio by appointment or opt for our secure worldwide shipping services.
Who assumes responsibility during transit?
While we work with premium logistics partners to ensure safety, the responsibility for the garment transfers to the client once the item is handed over to the courier or cargo service.
